HOW DO YOU RAISE MONEY? Here is just one variation:
- We supply pledge sheets and prize redemption sheets for each player.
- Jimmy gets pledges of any dollar size from family, friends and businesses so that he can participate in the one-day Pitch-A-Thon or Kick-A-Thon.
- Players return the collected money to their teacher or coach.
- After everyone has turned in their money, we hold a one-day, fun-filled Kick-A-Thon or Pitch-A-Thon where everyone who collected any pledge of any amount, gets to throw or kick against a professional radar gun, plus have fun on our extra-large inflatables.
- Each player tries to guess their speed to win prizes and EVERYONE GETS A PRIZE.
- Top fundraisers are publicly awarded prizes for their efforts.
- History shows that the average player or child raises around $40.
- So if your organization has 200 participants, the gross funds generated is $8,000 ($40x200)
- Your organization earns $6,000 (75% of $8,000).
Yes it is that easy.
